Running a pool service business keeps you busy enough without having to look up customer information every time the phone rings.

I use [Pool Founder](https://www.poolfounder.com/?ref=pool-pro-florida) to manage my business, but I wanted one simple thing: **my customer contacts automatically available on my iPhone.**

So we built it.

## Introducing Pool Founder Contact Sync

A lightweight, open-source PHP project that uses Pool Founder's public API and CardDAV to bring customer contacts directly into your iPhone.

*   Customer names and numbers right in your Contacts app
    
*   Caller ID so you know who's calling
    
*   Read-only syncing that doesn't change Pool Founder records
    
*   A simple dashboard and optional automatic updates
    

No subscriptions for this tool. No extra apps. Just something useful.

I've been using it in the field, and so far, it's doing exactly what I needed.

## Community Over Competition

I could've kept this to myself, but where's the fun in that?
